What we collect

Why we collect it
To verify age and eligibility, process and ship orders, keep legally required records, prevent fraud and prohibited use, and respond to your requests.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment, shipping, hosting) and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Order, consent and compliance records are kept for as long as the law requires, even after an account is closed. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
From your account page you can request a copy of your data, a correction, account deletion, or ask a privacy question. We will respond within a reasonable time; some records may be kept where the law requires it, and we will tell you if so.
Security
Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
