Acceptance
By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing from Veyra Biotech you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Research Use Only Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution. An account is required to purchase. We may request proof of age, identity, or credentials at any time and may refuse, cancel or close any order or account.
Permitted use
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics and are not for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use. Any other use is prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal of products, for training your personnel, and for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to you. You agree not to resell products for any prohibited purpose.
No medical advice
Veyra Biotech does not provide dosing, administration, or health guidance of any kind. Staff will not answer questions about personal use; such requests may result in order cancellation and account closure.
Accurate information
You agree that all information you provide (including name, date of birth, address and phone number) is true and current. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyra Biotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from misuse of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Veyra Biotech harmless from any claim arising from your use or misuse of products or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next purchase.
