Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We may refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where a product is restricted.
Eligibility checks
Shipping is made only to account holders who are 21+ and whose details have been provided in full. We may hold orders for verification.
Handling
Products ship as lyophilized powder in sealed, labelled vials marked “For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” Store on receipt according to the product label.
Responsibility
Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You must provide a correct address; we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
Customs and law
You are responsible for ensuring that receiving the products is lawful where you are.
