Refund Policy

All sales are final. Here is what happens if something arrives damaged.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Veyra Biotech does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where we cancel an order ourselves (for example for eligibility or compliance reasons), in which case any payment is returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. At our sole discretion we may send a replacement. This is not a refund right.

Prohibited-use cancellations

Orders that we believe are intended for human or animal use will be cancelled and the account closed.
